Processing & Production Times
All of our tees are custom made in-house. Because each item is made to order, please allow 15–20 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our stated production and shipping times; however, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or compensation. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel your order.
