Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Store Credit

We want you to love your purchase.

Eligible full-priced items from our core collections — including Turkish cotton, Peruvian cotton, linen, and elevated essentials — may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free of perfume, makeup, and stains

  • In original condition with tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Store credit will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

Italy Collection Policy

Our Italy Collection features limited-quantity pieces personally curated and sourced throughout Italy in small boutique quantities.

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of these collections, Italy Collection purchases are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise marked as Final Sale.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing, measurements, and product details before purchasing. If you need assistance selecting the perfect fit, we are always happy to help prior to ordering.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Accessories, hats, handbags, jewelry, and scarves

  • Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates

  • Custom, preorder, or special-order items

  • Select limited capsule collections marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL] with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
